PSD3 started with the vision of helping sales leaders achieve excellent performance, consistently. The PSD3 Methodology

Very simply, we ask questions, and then listen. We work to understand your current situation, and your vision of where you want to be. We spend time with sales leaders, sales support, the sales team and customers to assess opportunities.

 

We analyze the feedback and make recommendations for change. We then assist in the implementation of the agreed upon changes and build a reinforcement plan to ensure behavioral and cultural adoption. We work to develop mutually beneficial long term relationships with our clients.

Jerry Phillips, Managing Partner, is a practitioner. He has over 25 years of experience in leading high performing teams. His experiences include success in sales, marketing, operations and general management. He has lead startup companies, hyper-growth teams and has turned around under-performing businesses. Jerry has worked with and for Fortune 500 companies in leadership roles as Vice President and General Manager.


As a consultant, Jerry is successfully engaged with a diverse client base including the largest rental company in North America, the largest global motor manufacturer, telecommunication companies, enterprise software companies and financial institutions.
